1. Using Bito

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Bito app and its meal-planning services. By using Bito, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or use Bito with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

2. Meal plans and food safety

Bito provides meal suggestions, recipes, estimated costs and grocery lists based on your preferences. Content may be generated or translated using artificial intelligence and may contain errors. Prices, availability, cooking times and nutritional information are estimates, not guarantees.

Bito does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Dietary preferences do not guarantee that a recipe is free of allergens or suitable for a medical condition. Check ingredients, labels, substitutions and cross-contamination risks yourself. Follow safe food-handling practices and consult a qualified professional about medical or dietary needs.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate preferences and review each plan before using it. Keep your device and store account secure. Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully. Do not submit information you have no right to share. You retain rights to your information and permit us to process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases, trials and renewals

Paid features, prices, billing periods and any trial eligibility are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by the store through which you purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through that store before renewal. If a trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends under the terms shown at checkout.

Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Deleting Bito or resetting your preferences does not cancel a subscription. Access after cancellation and refunds are governed by the applicable store terms and your statutory rights. A lifetime purchase, when offered, is a one-time purchase of the specified features for the operating life of the service; it is not a recurring subscription.

5. Ownership and permitted use

Bito grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app in accordance with these terms and the applicable store rules. Bito branding, software and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may use your meal plans and grocery lists for personal purposes. These terms do not give you ownership of the app or permission to redistribute its software.

6. Availability and changes

Features and content may change, and access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems or third-party services. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Any changes affecting paid access remain subject to applicable consumer law and store rules.

7. Disclaimers and your rights

To the extent permitted by law, Bito is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every suggestion is accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the app or reliance on unverified recipe suggestions, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Privacy and updates to these terms

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is used when you use Bito. We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Where required, we will notify you of material changes and obtain any required agreement before they apply.
